たかさん
It is a first guess fall deer.
I bought it without hesitation when I saw the label for the first time.
The label was a first for me, but I had no hesitation in buying it.
When I opened the bottle, there was a slight alcohol smell that I did not mind, but it was a nice rice-like aroma.
When you drink it, the aroma of rice escapes into your nose.
It has a tangy acidity and a moderate bitterness that lingers at the back of the tongue and wears off.
The aftertaste is medium dry, with just a hint of alcohol remaining.
You can't help but reach for the next sip.
It is a delicious sake!
