We had this at an izakaya in Akita during our Tohoku touring.
It was my first try, attracted by the "Junmai Yamahai Nigori" (Junmai Yamahai Nama-nihon Sake Nigori).

They have a good selection of local sake, but their appetizers are also excellent!
The owner is very friendly and we had a great time.
