たかさん
It was purchased at "Roadside Station: Yamadanishiki Birthplace Town Taka" on the way to touring.
It is a place where you can buy Gohyakumangoku sake in the birthplace of Yamadanishiki...😅.
As for the sake...
The aroma is subdued, but when you drink it, you feel a slight sweetness and umami like rice. The acidity is also strong and refreshing.
The bitter taste lingers in the back of the mouth.
This is a delicious sake.
