This is the first time in a long time that I have had a surprisingly good sake.
When you drink it, the fresh flavor that rises with the slight fizz will leave you in about 3 seconds, and the flavor and some bitterness will build up deeply with time.

It has a clean mouthfeel that is typical of modern sake in a good way.
I could feel a light slight foaming sensation on the opening of the mouth.
