Limited quantity summer sake. In a way, it has a beautiful structure that is not like Kamo Goyo. This is definitely a summer sake. I was shocked to find out that all of my Itsuha points for mail order had been forcibly terminated.

Taroijapanista
Kawazu-zakura yeast from Kanagawa prefecture, rice from Kanagawa prefecture and water. It is a pure rice ginjo made in Kanagawa Prefecture. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the fruitiness. It has a long aftertaste of about 7-8 seconds. A small glass or a wine glass might be better.

This is the first time in a long time that I have had a surprisingly good sake. When you drink it, the fresh flavor that rises with the slight fizz will leave you in about 3 seconds, and the flavor and some bitterness will build up deeply with time. This is a second glass.

Sold on the ropeway at Mt. It has a refreshing taste that matches the blue bottle. Even though it's a commemorative bottle, it's not to be underestimated. It's not too sweet even if you heat it up lukewarm.
