Taroijapanista
Kawazu-zakura yeast from Kanagawa prefecture, rice from Kanagawa prefecture and water. It is a pure rice ginjo made in Kanagawa Prefecture. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the fruitiness. It has a long aftertaste of about 7-8 seconds. A small glass or a wine glass might be better.
