I started drinking it on the 11th, wrinkling my brow as I drank it, trying to somehow characterize the taste.

I thought, "No, this is not the way to drink it,
I thought, "It's good if it tastes good! I thought to myself, "I don't have to force myself to say it, I just have to enjoy it and savor it.
It is smooth and has a melon-like flavor and aroma, but it doesn't linger.
But it is delicious!

I started drinking it yesterday.
I was curious about what black koji tastes like when I saw the explanation at the store about using black koji for the sake mother, so I bought it.
When I drank it, I found that the taste was not unique because it was made with black koji.
I heard that Shirokiku Brewery brews sake with edible rice.
Edible rice is said to be unsuitable for sake brewing, but it has a strong melon aroma and a fruity taste 🥰.
I would like to try other sake from Shirakiku Brewery!

I went to Meishukan Takimoto to buy again the Saku Enochi I bought the other day and the yellow label caught my eye the moment I entered 😳.
And I bought it 😅😅.
Yeah, maybe it's not dry.
I haven't had any other Kudokyuu Ute so I can't compare.
It feels a little tender.
The gorgeous rice sweetness is pleasant.
Another pleasant surprise 🥰.

The Koei Chrysanthemum I had previously had outside was quite sweet, but this sake was different.
