I was actually going to buy a steel plate and liquor that I have had before, The words "sin" and "limited edition" got me stoked and I bought it😓. This is the second day this time. Plenty of sweetness to both sides of my tongue as soon as I put it in my mouth ~~ ☺️ Apple juice? Cider? The acidity spreads along with the sweetness and I am enchanted.

Yesterday, when my taste buds were getting stupid due to hay fever, I was so excited to see a bottle of sake with a package tag. It was so thin 😔😔. I could hardly taste it 😭 Today, the second day, I was afraid to drink it. I could taste fresh, elegant sweetness and fruity! Thank goodness 😊.

The stock in the sake fridge is gone😭 I opened yesterday a bottle of Sanmorosugi that I bought on 1/11 at the Shoreki-ji Sake Festival, which I had carefully saved. When I drank it, I could smell the slightly miso-like aroma of Bodhidashi that I was soaked in at the Seishuji Sake Festival. Maybe it was because I was taking hay fever medicine, but yesterday my sense of taste was dull and I couldn't taste anything, but today I was able to taste it properly 😊. Happiness 🥰.

On the way back from a family trip to Gotemba near my parents' home, I visited the Gotemba Ishikawa Sake Brewery's store, Mikuriya Eikura, which was just opened this January. The brewery was founded in 1882 in Omaezaki, also in Shizuoka Prefecture, and then went dormant until a company in the food service industry revived it. Last Monday, I went to the store attached to the brewery, which is located far from the city center in the heavy rain, and purchased a limited edition of 50 bottles of the new sake that went on sale that day. I received a wooden tag with the serial number 2/50. Before boarding the bullet train back to Mishima, I bought my favorite "eel bone" at Mishima station. Not much aroma. Not sweet, but a clean, clean rice taste. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. I thought it was an elegant and delicious sake. I guess there is a commercial agenda, but there are new sake breweries that have been established in recent years and are attracting a lot of attention. Hopefully, it will become a place to make sake that will make sake lovers happy.

As the label on the back of the bottle reads, "Fresh and fresh like a freshly picked apple," it had a green apple-like aroma when first opened. After the second and third sips, the fruity flavor faded away, and it became more like a refreshing "real sake. There was no bitterness or acidity. Is this what we call "clean"?

There were so many spring liquors in the store, and after a very happy fainting fit of "Which one should I buy? The aroma and flavor are both lactic acid beverage type. The description in the store said "strawberry aroma," so it might be like that, but it is still yogurt-like. On the second day today, a slight bitterness appeared after drinking. It is not my favorite type of taste but it is addictive 🥰. It's a pretty colored sake to drink on the Dolls' Festival, but I'll probably finish it before then😅.

This is the first time I've heard of the "colander picking" method. It is a melon after all. I would like to compare it with other Kaze no Mori. Sake Cup Drinking Comparison Series This is still the best tasting glass. The Aizu lacquered glass sharpens the taste, while the boar's mouth accentuates the sweetness.

It's been 3 days since I opened it. It has the most woody aroma I've ever smelled. Today I played around a bit and did a sake drinking contest 🍶. In addition to the usual tasting glasses, there are three types of glasses: an Aizu lacquered glass and a Kiyomizu-yaki porcelain sake cup. I think the Aizu lacquerware has the best aroma. Aizu is my family's roots and was purchased during a family vacation 😊. The second most delicious is the Kiyomizu-yaki boar cup. I bought it at the Kiln Momiji Festival at Tofukuji Temple. This is my favorite because the mouthpiece is puckered and thick. It makes the taste somewhat fuller.

I started drinking it on the 11th, wrinkling my brow as I drank it, trying to somehow characterize the taste. "No, this is not the way to drink it." I thought, "No, this is not the way to drink it, I thought, "It's good if it tastes good! I thought to myself, "I don't have to force myself to say it, I just have to enjoy it and savor it. It is smooth and has a melon-like flavor and aroma, but it doesn't linger. But it is delicious!

This is the third time I've opened it. I have never been able to describe the aroma or taste. "Yeah, it's good 😋". and that was it. This time, as soon as I opened the lid, I could smell the pear-like aroma, and when I drank it, the taste was somewhat stronger: ⁉️ At first the bitterness was quite strong, but this time the sweetness came forward. But there's a sharpness and bitterness, too, and it's multifaceted, after all. I ended up saying, "Yeah, it's good 🥰." I was like, "Yeah, it's good 😝" after all.

I started drinking it yesterday. I was curious about what black koji tastes like when I saw the explanation at the store about using black koji for the sake mother, so I bought it. When I drank it, I found that the taste was not unique because it was made with black koji. I heard that Shirokiku Brewery brews sake with edible rice. Edible rice is said to be unsuitable for sake brewing, but it has a strong melon aroma and a fruity taste 🥰. I would like to try other sake from Shirakiku Brewery!

I went to Meishukan Takimoto to buy again the Saku Enochi I bought the other day and the yellow label caught my eye the moment I entered 😳. And I bought it 😅😅. Yeah, maybe it's not dry. I haven't had any other Kudokyuu Ute so I can't compare. It feels a little tender. The gorgeous rice sweetness is pleasant. Another pleasant surprise 🥰. Thank you 😊

I felt a tangy pungency on the top of my mouth and a little bitterness on my tongue. But what passes through the nose is a fruity aroma: ☺️ It's that aroma that got me into sake back in May! 🥺 Fruity aroma but not sweet! I'm starting to get a clear picture of the aroma I was looking for 🙌.

The Koei Chrysanthemum I had previously had outside was quite sweet, but this sake was different. The aroma you smell with your nose is a nice ginjo aroma: ❤️ The aroma through the nose after drinking it was blue, I thought it was the scent of wood. I met another new taste of sake: ☺️ Delicious. A gift from a friend. The aroma and taste are both somewhat smoky. It is tangy and dry, but at the end, sweetness comes to your tongue. When I buy it myself, my tastes are biased, but this time I found a completely different type of taste 😳.
