The Koei Chrysanthemum I had previously had outside was quite sweet, but this sake was different. The aroma you smell with your nose is a nice ginjo aroma: ❤️ The aroma through the nose after drinking it was blue, I thought it was the scent of wood. I met another new taste of sake: ☺️ Delicious. Thank you 🙏

I drank too much during the New Year's holidays, so I took a lot of rest days this week 😭. I opened my first sake this week, which I bought in Nara in the fall 🥰. It smells like melon! It's delicious! It's my favorite flavor. I couldn't help but say, "Here it is! This is it! I shouted. On the 11th, I will go to the "Seishu Festival" at Shorakuji Temple 🫡.

A gift from a friend. The aroma and taste are both somewhat smoky. It is tangy and dry, but at the end, sweetness comes to your tongue. When I buy it myself, my tastes are biased, but this time I found a completely different type of taste 😳.

This is my first Xmas eve with sake. I didn't think this would happen a year ago. Sweet and fruity, but not sticky. I really didn't know that rice could produce such a taste! Thank you, God, for letting me discover the happy world of sake 🥺.

Sweetness and richness come first. The spiciness (?) comes through the throat. There is a spiciness (?) in the throat. At first I thought "not so much..." but as I drink more and more, the sweetness and umami come into play. ☺️

I thought it would be more fruity, but it tasted quite crisp. There is also a fair amount of alcohol. But it's not a gutsy classic. I'm not sure. I'm looking forward to seeing how it tastes over time.

It has a strong carbonation and a sweet but tangy, refreshing taste. It's fruity, but after a few sips, the rice flavor came out in a heap - ☺️
