I started drinking it yesterday.
I was curious about what black koji tastes like when I saw the explanation at the store about using black koji for the sake mother, so I bought it.
When I drank it, I found that the taste was not unique because it was made with black koji.
I heard that Shirokiku Brewery brews sake with edible rice.
Edible rice is said to be unsuitable for sake brewing, but it has a strong melon aroma and a fruity taste 🥰.
I would like to try other sake from Shirakiku Brewery!
