Second Nagasaki Sake
At "Sake-no-Hiradogoya" in the shopping center attached to JR Nagasaki Station
I said, "Please give me a sake that can only be bought here!
I asked for a sake only available here, and this one was recommended.
He explained that it was a fruity, apple-like sake.
The first day
The aroma was quite ricey,
I thought, "Could this be old-fashioned sake?"
When I drank it, I thought
"Sweet!"
It is indeed an apple.
Second day
The aroma is not so much rice aroma, but a clear ginjo aroma.
When I drank it, it tasted like a sweet and sour cider.
I see it's apple.
Delicious!
Sake is a wonder!
