This is my first Xmas eve with sake.
I didn't think this would happen a year ago.
Sweet and fruity, but not sticky.
I really didn't know that rice could produce such a taste!

Sweetness and richness come first.
The spiciness (?) comes through the throat. There is a spiciness (?) in the throat.
At first I thought "not so much..." but as I drink more and more, the sweetness and umami come into play. ☺️

I thought it would be more fruity, but it tasted quite crisp.
There is also a fair amount of alcohol.
But it's not a gutsy classic.
I'm not sure.
I'm looking forward to seeing how it tastes over time.

It has a strong carbonation and a sweet but tangy, refreshing taste.
It's fruity, but after a few sips, the rice flavor came out in a heap - ☺️

The dark fruity sweetness comes in a goofy way, followed by a bit of bitterness.
It's my favorite flavor. It's delicious 🥰.
