A neighborhood yakitori restaurant that apparently opened in the summer. It's a restaurant of the Nadeshiko Group in Shiga. The only sake they had was this one from Kyoto... It's easy to drink, almost dry! One sake bottle gone 🫥. The sake bottle and the sake cup are cute 🐔.

Today's arrivals💡. Saturday to drink as soon as you buy it. I was patrolling the neighborhood Ricaman. Shocked by the fact that Wind Forest is being sold at over list price... CEL-24✨ that caught my eye. I knew it was my favorite sour type. The bottle and flavor are handsome, white wine-like. From the yeast-like piquancy. It smells super fruity and not too sweet. This is good... I think it is drier than Kaygetsu CEL-24 from the same Kochi Prefecture. I remember Kaygetsu was more gorgeous. But I like both!

Kuro Ni Usagi opened on October 8. When I opened it, I thought it was quite alcoholic... I thought it was a bit alcoholic when I opened it... I was tasting it a little bit. After about 10 days, it's so easy to drink. It is easy to drink. The sweetness, acidity and umami are gently balanced. Ni-Rabbit is a sake that shows various changes with the passage of time, changes in temperature, and contact with the air. That's why I like it!
