This is the first sake I bought from Yahoo!
I bought this brand because it is not available at my local liquor store.
It has a strong but clean taste.
I think it goes well with fish.
Sake is a very deep drink.

Hiyaoroshi is something you drink in the fall, right? I know, you might say. But I bought it, so I had no choice.
It is already the middle of winter, but I drank it cold.
The sweetness of the rice comes at the beginning and the spiciness of the daiginjo comes later.
It is not refreshing, but aromatic.

My first nigori sake.
Be careful when you open it for the first time because it puffs like carbonated water.
The top half is spicy.
The bottom half is slightly sweeter when you stir it because yeast is precipitated at the bottom.
For me, this one tastes better.
