To the brewery of Kuroryu, a representative of Dinosaur Prefecture
Returned home with a bottle of Jungin from Itchorai as a souvenir
It has a strong flavor, yet it goes down your throat nicely!
When a good friend of mine went back to her hometown (Yamaguchi Prefecture) for New Year's Day
I told my story to her parents.
They bought a bottle of sake and sent it to me...
I've been enjoying it.
I have only a few friends around me who like sake, so they are really precious to me.
I had a taste of Gobashi when I drank it a long time ago, and it was still fresh in my memory!
The taste is still the same, clean and easy to drink...🫶🏻
I became a fan once again!
My sister is getting married in February.
Her husband brought it to my parents' house this New Year's and my father was overjoyed😚.
It's a very luxurious Junmai Daiginjyo, packed in a wooden box and rigorously equipped....
Too good to drink...
Gekkeikan sake brewery tour and tasting at Christmas, and taking home my favorites to drink at New Year's: ✌🏻
Nama-shu Shiboritate, super refreshing and easy to drink even for people who don't usually drink sake!
Highly recommended ☺️
I bought this dry sake at Niseko Shuzo!
It goes down your throat nicely, but you can feel the aftertaste.
I was supposed to drink it with my father, but when I realized he drank all of it 🤯.
Visit Otokoyama Sake Brewery in Hokkaido.
There is a free tasting corner and a paid (100 yen) corner.
Among them, the Junmai Daiginjo (4th photo), which was awarded a gold medal in an overseas competition, was really delicious!
(I drank two glasses of it)
Checking in to Hokkaido, we went to the Goho Sake Brewery...
I was very impressed with the tasting.
Fruity and very nice aroma, yet easy to drink and refreshing.
The sake seal book also made its debut: ✌🏻
It is specially made for sushi and does not interfere too much with the taste of the meal (it has such a watery feeling that even if it were served as water, you would not notice that it was sake) ←.
This sake was brewed to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the birth of Dr. Tomitaro Makino, a world-renowned botanist from Sagawa.
It is said to be a special junmai sake with a flowery aroma and a refreshing, easy-to-drink flavor.
