Alcohol content: 15%. Rice:Miyama-Nishiki Rice polishing ratio: 39 We compared three different rice varieties, "Miyamanishiki", "Omachi", and "Yamadanishiki", although they are the same Inokashira. This one is Miyamanishiki. I like it because it is the most ricey and mellow! I wondered if I could really tell the difference. I wondered if I would be able to tell the difference, but it was totally different!

It is fruity and delicious. The rice, water, yeast, and "technique" all seem to be from Mie Prefecture. I feel like I am drinking the memory of my visit to Mie! Alcohol content: 14%. Rice:Yamadanishiki, Saito no Shizuku Rice polishing ratio: 60 Sake meter: -12 Acidity: 1.7 Purchased at Sake-no-Ten Morishita during a trip to Toba City, Mie Prefecture. I drank a little ...... because I was dehydrated (not really!). Sparkling "Ganki" from the famous Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. It is definitely my favorite sake when it comes to sweet, nigori, and sparkling, but unfortunately I could not drink much due to my health condition. ...... But drinking is supposed to be fun! is the premise, so don't overdo it.
