We compared three different rice varieties, "Miyamanishiki", "Omachi", and "Yamadanishiki", although they are the same Inokashira.
This one is Miyamanishiki.
I like it because it is the most ricey and mellow!
I wondered if I could really tell the difference. I wondered if I would be able to tell the difference, but it was totally different!
