Purchased on a trip to Iizaka Onsen. It is a clear sake inspired by the Surikami River that flows through the city.
It is easy to drink like water and has no peculiarities, making it a sake I would recommend to beginners.
Iizaka Onsen is fired up with Onsen Musume, and Mahiro Iizaka is producing a tourist attraction, but the locals are also very kind and made sightseeing enjoyable.
