Rich taste. Feels a little like a thickened weight. Very easy to drink and not too sweet, it is a noble sake.
Is it my imagination that it tastes different from sake from the Tohoku region? Is this sake from the Kanto region?
If anything, Chichibu Nishiki, I still felt it tasted similar to sake from the Kanto region.
