On a trip to Akita, Takashimizu was the sake served at a sushi restaurant. It was very easy to drink, with a clear and smooth flavor that threw straight to the palate, as if to say, "The basis of Akita is Takashimizu.
I think that beginners x Akita = Takashimizu.
