When I opened the bottle, I couldn't taste the flavor I was expecting... but after 2 days, I could taste the full flavor! But after about 2 days, I could feel its full flavor! It has a fruity and light astringent taste like grapefruit, and the aftertaste is clean, so you can finish it without getting tired of drinking it. It is delicious! It is delicious!

Got it on a business trip to Niigata. This was my first time drinking kijoshu, but I don't really know the difference lol. Sweet sake, went well with cheese! Even without snacks, the taste is very satisfying! Very good 😋!
