I used to buy only Ryujin from Ryujin Shuzo. But I found Roseno Yukidoke which I was interested in and bought it after a long time. The aroma is really wine-like and sweet and sour. The color of the wine is just like the color of the wine, so it looks like a serious mistake. I was surprised when I put it in my mouth. It has the strongest acidity of any sake I've ever had. But it's not an unpleasant sourness at all, it's just right. It's like a wine that is very easy to drink. If you don't tell me, I don't think I'll be able to tell it's sake.
