This is one of the most expensive Ryujin I've ever had.
I've been letting it sit for a while, but since it was the Obon holiday, I finally opened a bottle.
As I had imagined, it was mellow.
I could smell the good aroma from the glass I poured it into. Berries. Strawberry.
It is quite light and soft in the mouth.
You can feel the alcohol in the throat, but there is a gentle sweetness in the aftertaste.
Extremely mellow.
