The hiyaoroshi season has finally arrived.
Today we have Akabu Junmai Hiyaoroshi.
As soon as you put it in your mouth, you feel a full-bodied sweetness, but when you swallow it, the spiciness and bitterness remain in your mouth. It was like that. Would you call it sharp?
If you don't like the bitter aftertaste, drinking it lukewarm will mellow it a bit.
