After taking a sip, I thought "Yokoyama is really good!", so I compared it with the same Yokoyama silver7, but I could not feel much difference. In short, they are all good. Because it is easy to drink with sweetness, you can drink it as much as you want, and it will be gone soon. I cry! I will buy it again!

The main objective of the drinking comparison. To answer the question, the difference from the Junmai sake was not so clear. It is true that the lower rice polishing ratio gives it a more refined taste, but I did not notice a big difference. In other words, they are both very tasty. This sake brewery has been in business since the Edo period. It was a dish that gave us a sense of history. Thank you very much.

I received this as a return gift from Furusato Tax. I first drank Jinzo at Saké Resort Central in Wakayama City and became a big fan, so I donated it even though it was a bit expensive. The sweetness and sourness are the best match. It's still delicious. It's full of fruitiness and a refreshing breeze through the nose. We compared two bottles of this sake set with a junmai daiginjo. Junmai sake is this good! How about the daiginjo? The expectations for the daiginjo were high.

The aroma when poured into the glass is apple. The first sip also has an apple-like sweetness. At the same time, there is a dry spiciness. Although fruity, it is refreshing and clean to drink, just as its name "summer sake" implies. By the way, Kido is the best cosmetic sake. It costs only 1,265 yen (tax included) for a sake with such great specs. Nice! This is my first post about Wakayama sake, and it is the best Wakayama sake in my opinion.

My business partner gave it to me. Amazing sake. Aroma of pineapple and a burst of sourness. But it is not sweet. I don't understand how this taste can be produced only with rice. The No. 4 bottle costs well over 10,000 yen, but it is sold out in 5 minutes on the Internet. Somehow it makes sense. I can't buy it myself. I will be grateful for it.

Slightly scented apple? Oyster-type aroma. Easy to drink. It is not the fruity type that is popular nowadays, but it is not light and dry either. That is not to say that it is half-baked, but it is delicious! It is a slightly different genre of sake from what I have had in the past, but the aftertaste is so good that I can drink more and more of it. I think they deliberately reduced the polish to just before the ginjo standard to bring out the flavor of the rice. It was a bottle in which I could feel the spirit of the toji.

This time, I drank the fire-ground version instead of the draft. As with the raw, when poured into a glass, the slightly sweet aroma stood out. The first sip of the beer spreads a sweet, fruit-like aroma in the mouth. The mouthfeel is refreshing, yet the aroma is not overpowering. It is a dangerous sake because it is so easy to drink. I highly recommend it.

Eleven years ago today, an unprecedented earthquake struck the Tohoku region, and the Akabu Sake Brewery was swept away by the tsunami. I imagine there was a tremendous amount of hardship after that, but the brewery has made a wonderful recovery. They have been delivering sake that is sure to impress us all. The taste is robust. Excellent sharpness. Fruity aroma. I think they are the leading sake brewing company to follow in the footsteps of Jyushiyo. Keep up the good work, Akabu Shuzo! Go Tohoku!

I enjoyed the 1814, so I tried the 7. I didn't get a chance to compare the two together, so I can't say which is better. I can't say which one is better than the other, but the sweetness and slight fizziness enhance the flavor of the sake. The aroma is apple-like? The throat feeling is refreshing. I roll it around on my tongue and drink it in one go. The aftertaste is a hint of rice. It was a delicious sake.
