みずくん
A fizzy, shrieking sensation. When poured into a glass, it bubbles like cider.
It has a sweetness of -20% sake.
The combination of moderate acidity and sweetness makes it a juice.
It is an ordinary sake with an alcohol content of 15.5, but in a sense, it is a dangerous sake that can be drunk without hesitation.
It is similar to Kumamoto's Sansho.
This sake is another gem that I first encountered at Sake Resort Central in Wakayama (an all-you-can-drink by the hour restaurant). I got it on the Internet. Hoshizumi is really good sake.
