Hanamup was produced under the technical guidance of the Jyushiyo Takagi Sake Brewery. It definitely inherits the mouthfeel, umami, and fruitiness of Jyushiyo.
It is very easy to drink, and is a dangerous sake that can be drunk as much as you want.
I would love to compare this sake with the original Jyushiro, but my financial resources and research have not allowed me to acquire the original.
It is really good. My favorite!
