It was delicious!
The slightly carbonated fizzy feeling makes it easy to drink!
The sweetness is followed by the sourness, and it's really tasty!
A four-pack of sake is gone in no time.
The jacket is really cool, too!
It was a very tasty sake.
The mouthfeel is thick and a little heavy.
The aroma of rice spreads in the mouth.
It had an alcoholic and sour taste in a good way.
Since I was sensitive to the ultra-harsh taste of Daishinshu, I got this "Kougetsu" nama-shu.
The aroma in the mouth is very nice.
It has a moderate acidity, but the impression is that it leaves a bit of sweetness in the mouth at the end.
I prefer a refreshing taste after swallowing, but this sake had quite a strong aroma and lingering aftertaste in the mouth.
In total, I think it is a very tasty sake. ☺️
Good at kudoku! It's so delicious!
Good aroma!
The softness on the palate is also good!
The lingering acidity and sweetness were also very nice.
It has a fruity taste, but I got the impression that it was well complemented by the sweetness of the rice.
It is not available locally, but I would like to drink it again.
Very tasty!
Clean, with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. And the fizziness of the wind forest is very nice!
Unfortunately, I have never had Niimasa, but it was a very tasty sake with the freshness of yeast #6 and a good sweetness.
I would like to drink this sake again!
It was my first taste experience!
This is the first time I drank my favorite 100% brown rice from Wind Forest.
From the aroma, you can enjoy the savory feeling of brown rice.
You can feel the aroma of brown rice in the conventional sourness, fizziness, and moderate sweetness.
It's like tasting a new type of sake, and it's very good.
In a good way, it is a new and interesting sake!
Very sweet!
It's delicious but sweet!
It's so sweet you'd think it was a noble sake!
It tastes completely different when drunk lukewarm or at room temperature, and the sweetness changes to umami, making it a very tasty sake!
I wish it was a little cheaper,
I wish it was a little cheaper, but I want to drink it again!
It was quite easy to drink!
It was a pretty easy to drink sake.
It had just the right amount of sweetness and was light.
The alcohol content is a little low at 14 degrees, so it was easy to drink!
I would like to drink it again!
My first Kido!
Just the right amount of muscateliness and acidity.
It was a delicious sake.
I recommend it because of its reasonable price.
It has a bit of sweetness and heaviness, so it would be nice if it were a bit more refreshing.
I would buy it again if I have a chance to buy it.
My first time birthing!
Tastes even better than I expected😋.
The mouthfeel was clean and slurpable.
It was sweet with a little sourness.
It was more than fruity.
This is one bottle I would definitely buy again if I had the chance to buy it again.
Delicious!
I found it a little heavy, but not disgusting at all, and yet easy to drink 🍶.
It tasted more fruity.
I drank too much and my memory is a bit... 😅
Shirojyu nigori sake from Tedorigawa
It was so delicious that I finished it in one day😅.
It was not too sweet and the sourness that came after drinking was exquisite. I would like to drink it again next year 🤤.
Wind Forest Mountain God
The aroma of rice is amazing!
I know it's not to everyone's taste, but I found it delicious.
The secret yeast is back in support of Noto earthquake!
I'm so happy to support my hometown Ishikawa 😭
Thanks Kaze no Mori!
Daishinshu Super Dry Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu
Super tasty!
It said it was super dry, but the rice flavor was great and the mouthfeel was gentler than I expected. The flavor and acidity are also exquisite! It was a well-balanced sake.
I would like to drink this sake again 🍶.
Raifuku Junmai Ginjo
Strawberry flower yeast
I had Raifuku as a cold sake.
Conclusion, I didn't like it much... 😔.
I imagined it would taste reminiscent of strawberries, but it didn't have much fruitiness.
The aroma in the mouth was gentle and featureless. After swallowing, sourness and bitterness came, and my tongue felt a little tingly (is this a feature of strawberry flower yeast?).
Not that it wasn't tasty, but I didn't like it.
