Kachikoma's raw sake! This is the first time I have had it. Delicious 🤤. The first time I opened the bottle, it tasted fresh and delicious. It has a nice aroma and is very easy to drink. After the second day, it starts to have a classic feel, which is also delicious... 🤤. I enjoyed it in two stages... 🤤.

A rhinoceros beetle! The sweet and sour feeling that is typical of Senkou is delicious! The sweetness spreads in the mouth and the sourness comes soon after! The alcohol content is low at 14%, so it goes very smoothly. It is good with white meat, cured ham and cheese.

Comparison with Yoshida Kura The taste is firm! Not quite fruity, but just the right amount of sweetness to make it easy to drink. I am used to drinking sake, and I found it very tasty, and it was also very good as a food sake. My father preferred the Yoshida Kura 😅.
