This is really 80% polished rice. I felt it was so beautiful sake! The aroma is good too! The taste is modern with a sweet and sour taste. It has a tangy feeling and a fruity, pear-like atmosphere but not too sweet. A sake with a high degree of perfection 🍶. I would buy this sake again😄.

YAKINIKU Edition of SENKYO It has been aged for almost a year, but it is very tasty 😋. The fizziness is a little strong, but it is very drinkable. The aroma is good, with a strong ginjo aroma. Got it on a business trip to Tottori Prefecture! Genryu Doburoku "Kamidai". I didn't expect much, but when I drank it, it was very tasty. It had just the right amount of sweetness and tanginess. It was easy to drink, with a nice sweetness and tanginess, and an aftertaste that was more refreshing than I expected. I noticed that the 300 ml was gone in no time. Kuroryu's raw sake! It's aroma, but it smells sweet like a candy 👌. The aroma is very broad when you put it in your mouth. I guess you could call it a ginjo aroma. It has a strong sweet or umami flavor and is delicious with a sake-like quality. It's a quintessential sake. It is not the modern type of sake that is popular these days, but a classic type of sake, and it is delicious. I don't feel much bitterness after swallowing, and the umami and aroma remain. I felt it tasted even better because I had had a not-so-great sake the day before.

Limited edition sake from Fumikiku Shuzo, famous for Haneya! I did not notice much aroma. The juicy sweetness spreads on the palate and is delicious! The lingering aroma also lingers gently on the palate. Almost no bitterness or sourness. The 13% alcohol content makes it very easy to drink even for beginners 🍶. It was calmer and tastier on the second day than on the first day😊.
