I've had many different kinds of Sentori, but this is the first time I've had the classic unadulterated.
It's so delicious ‼️
I thought it would be more sake-like since the name is classic, but it feels infinitely more modern in taste.
The acidity and sweetness are in a really good balance and it's really delicious 😋.
