This is the second Nabeshima. It has a firm flavor. It went well with yellowtail sashimi. The last time was with Gohyaku-mangoku, which had a clean aftertaste, but it had more of a lingering aftertaste than that. It was delicious.

I bought it on the recommendation of a shopkeeper. It has a firm flavor when you drink it and a quick flavor that goes away quickly. This is delicious! I will visit the store again.

Not too sweet, well-balanced taste. Good with a lingering aftertaste.
Today, we had ahi jus and tomatoes. I paired it with Italy.
To be honest, I think the ajillo was better with beer....
