I found Akatombo by Sentori Shuzo. When I drank it, I felt it had a strong acidity, but it gradually mellowed out. It is delicious, so I drink it little by little. I had it with fish cakes from Suzuhiro.

The first time I drank rice wine was in the youth hut just below the summit of Mt. LOL! It was really delicious! It had a strong, rich flavor, but was very sharp. It was a great way to heal my body after a long day of hiking. Yatsugatake and rice wine are the best!

The moment you drink it, the flavor and the schwartziness spread lightly. It is easy to drink and delicious! It has a nice sharpness and disappears in a flash. I drank the Risshun Asashibori last year, but I like it better this year. I can't help but drink too much of this sake!

First sake of 2024. I bought this sake on a trip back to my hometown. As one would expect from Saku! Fresh and crisp. Tastes good with everything. It's refreshing and you can drink it in spurts. Today, I had it with 🌰 and dried horse mackerel! Delicious!

The last bottle of Furusato tax payment...(T ^ T). Pink Junmai Daiginjo. The umami is clear and the aftertaste is clean. It is easy to drink. I love the sharp aftertaste. It tastes like you might drink too much. I had it with curry hot pot today!

This is the second of three bottles of Kido I received as part of the Furusato tax payment. I drank it at room temperature, and it went down my throat easily with a different sensation than when it was cold. It was easy to drink and delicious. Today, I served it with kinpira and mentaiko (cod roe)!

Sake from my parents' home in Mie Prefecture and neighboring Wakayama. A taste of the Kii Peninsula. Simple and robust flavor. It has a clean aftertaste. It is a delicious sake that goes well with everything. Today, we served it with Odawara's fish paste!
