おしょんKaze no Mori, made with a share of yeast No. 6 from the Niimasa brewery
As the title says, "Respect for No. 6," ALPHA's TYPE 6 was finally released.
I had put it aside for a while after I bought it, but I opened the bottle with full intention.
It tasted completely like Kaze no Mori! It was my inexperience that I couldn't really taste the difference between it and the usual No. 7 yeast, but I would like to compare them if they would make it in the 2022 brewing year.
