Sake from Hasami-cho, Nagasaki Prefecture🍶.
It has a soft sweet aroma. I thought it was light, so I looked it up and found out that it is classified as low alcohol sake 😳I didn't know that!
It's delicious and easy to drink.

Special Honjozo. It is a special honjozo, with a clean dry taste. When I was in Shizuoka, I stopped by a local liquor store and bought this on the owner's recommendation.
It is a family owned sake brewery that is very particular about their sake 🍶.
I think I could have bought a whole bottle.

If you drink it thinking it's a white wine, it's not 😅.
But it has a good aroma because it is made with wine yeast. I guess it is a little sweet. It doesn't feel sticky, so if you chill it well, you can enjoy it easily. It is delicious👍.
I once had something that I mistook for white wine, but I can't remember what it was because my phone broke and the data was lost 😭.
