The date is not very good.
At low temperature the fruit acidity is more prominent and the fruitiness is obvious and tasty. The rice is more pronounced at higher temperatures and the fruitiness is almost gone.
It smells thick, with light fruit acidity accompanying the sweetness of the rice.
The first sip is more on the fresh and fruity side, with the right amount of acidity. The more I drank it, the more prominent the rice aroma became, and the better it combined with the fruit aroma, I couldn't stop. I couldn't stop drinking it. I finished it in one go with a few friends.
It is indeed a good summer wine.
