For the first time, Nanaken is sweet with an aroma like a sweet. It is served cold before dinner. The combination is a lemon salad with lots of cheese and pepper. This was delicious. I think it goes well with light dishes because I want to enjoy the sweetness and aroma of the sake. The alcohol is 15 degrees. I'm going to get drunk: 🙆‍♀️

Happy New Year 🎍🌅. It's New Year's, so I tried to make the best of it. With Osechi dishes. Dai-Shichi is the first sake that made me I was so excited to drink this sake. Momokawa-san's wine yeast brewing 🍑. The alcohol content is slightly low. The balance of sweetness and sourness makes it easy to drink. The yeast makes such a difference! Harushika Sakura Label Junmai-shu Polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol 15%. Best of the Best Sake in a Wineglass Award 2023 Winner of the highest gold medal This is my favorite sake brewer since I met Harushika at Soba-mae. The junmai super-harakuchi I drank before had a sake strength of +12, and this one has a strength of -9. It has a lot of sweetness, but Harushika's refreshing taste is still there. It was up in autumn. We had it with Nagano Purple and Shine Muscat that we bought in Nagano. Nagano Purple, with its robust flavor, aroma, and astringency, matched better than Shinemuscat.
