It was up in autumn.
We had it with Nagano Purple and Shine Muscat that we bought in Nagano. Nagano Purple, with its robust flavor, aroma, and astringency, matched better than Shinemuscat.
It has a strong alcohol content of 17%, so we enjoyed it in small doses. There is no smell of sake, and it is of the medium type.
