A delicious and highly satisfying sake.
I would have liked to drink it calmly at home instead of outside. Sashimi seems to go well with it. Elegant in price and taste. I would like to drink it on a date.
Rice used: 76% Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture / 24% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture
Polishing: 55%.
