At the second Asahikawa, I found a sake with Hokkaido's name! Hokkaido's sake has a strong sharpness, because the taste of vegetables, meat and fish is strong...? The sashimi platter with crab and scallop is amazing!

As expected, "Jyushidai" is delicious! It is overwhelmingly easy to drink 👏, and it has a little bit of wine-like taste, even though it's a rice wine..! I can recommend it to anyone!

The seasonal kayagi (small pot) with seri and chicken is the best. The broth was so good that I drank it all up. I really wanted to have Zosui (rice porridge) with Akita Komachi...next time for sure!

The aroma is fresh like an apple, and it's sweet on the palate, but soon the bitterness and acidity kick in! I thought it had quite an impact, but the pull was quick! Delicious! Good as a food wine 👏.
