The first sake from Chiba Prefecture. It's only available in summer. It's really delicious. The best I've had recently. I want to try the other ones too.
This is the fourth kind of "Wind Forest". I get excited when I hear the popping sound every time I open the package. Really, every series is delicious.
I am a regular customer of Kaze no Mori. This is the first time I've had the Dew Leaf Wind, but this series is still delicious. It is easy to drink with a slight fizzy feeling. I think that unfiltered, unpasteurized sake is the best way to make sake.
The rice polishing ratio is 90%, and no yeast is added (brewer's yeast). Personally, I don't think the rice polishing ratio necessarily correlates with the taste, so I think it's a great sake.
I've been curious about the Kaze no Mori Alpha TYPE7 for a while.
GREEN is made from Yamadanishiki and PINK is made from Omachi.
What's unique about it is that it comes with a triangular flask, so you can blend it to your liking and drink it.
GREEN has a stronger aroma, but is a little dry. In contrast, PINK is sweet.
When you open the bottle, you can hear the fizzing sound, and both are delicious.
You should try it!
It is so fizzy that it almost overflows if you are not careful when you open it. It's easy to drink. The wine-like label is also nice. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
