It's a gift from Sawasa Shuzo, which I got as a souvenir. It tastes like white wine with succinic and malic acid. I didn't know that, so I was surprised when I drank it for the first time. I didn't know that, so I was surprised when I first drank it.
I bought this "Kido Junmai Daiginjo" from Heiwa Shuzo because it was so delicious that I wanted to drink it again. It's my favorite Junmai Daiginjo at the moment.
This sake is made with the rare "Bodomoto-zukuri" method that uses raw rice for preparation. It is delicious. It has a nice color and I wonder if they didn't do it before.
