The first rice wine was a new special junmai sake. I had imagined it to be clean and straightforward, but it turned out to be a change of pace. It was slightly carbonated because it was fresh. The taste is impressive, with a light, full, dark flavor. It has an interesting taste that is different from the usual sweet fruity flavor. The first sip is surprising and hard to get used to, but the more you drink, the more it becomes addictive and accentuates your taste buds! 😋

Super Uraga-Yama Style* Rare Sake and said to be a rare sake. Purchased at a liquor store in Kaminoyama. It is freshly bottled, but there is no carbonation. It has a light fruity taste on the palate! It has an interesting flavor, with a slightly dark, sweet taste, but also a bitter aftertaste! Overall, a well-balanced fruity sake 🍶.

I asked my local liquor store for a recommendation for heating sake and waited and bought it. It was about 3,300 yen. It was recommended to be heated, but I bought it because it was recommended. As the label says, it has a light yellowish hue. Best served lukewarm, it has a refreshing, deep, dark, grassy, grain-like flavor. It has a long aftertaste. I had Takashimizu's regular dry sake first in a drinking comparison, but to be honest, it was not inferior to Takashimizu's, perhaps because Takashimizu is so much better. Shichiroubei was darker. Considering the price, Takashimizu is better.

It is only fired and packed fresh one time! Looking forward to drinking it fresh-packed to savor the flavor. The bottle is light blue in color, but the liquid is a beautiful clear color. The first sip was slightly slightly carbonated. It is fruity and sweet, not at all spicy! It is not too strong and can be served with a meal. ⭐︎ The aftertaste is also moderately sweet!

I chose this sake first of all because it is a cosy sake that can be served cold or hot. It is indeed delicious cold. It has a sweet and umami flavor that is not the usual honjozo, but the depth is weak and the aftertaste is weak. Ohira liquor store on Route 457, Ishikawa Mohei Shoten? Purchased at a liquor store in Ohira on Highway 457. They said it was a label made for an event with sake from Kami Town. It was my first time to buy this sake. I chilled it a little to try it. The flavor is thin and flat, but the aftertaste is long and expressive. Warmed to lukewarm. I think this is it. When cooled, the flavor becomes thin, but when lukewarm, it has an exquisite sense of stability. Hot sake It has a sense of security and diluted feeling like white water.
