I asked my local liquor store for a recommendation for heating sake and waited and bought it.
It was about 3,300 yen. It was recommended to be heated, but I bought it because it was recommended.
As the label says, it has a light yellowish hue. Best served lukewarm, it has a refreshing, deep, dark, grassy, grain-like flavor. It has a long aftertaste.
I had Takashimizu's regular dry sake first in a drinking comparison, but to be honest, it was not inferior to Takashimizu's, perhaps because Takashimizu is so much better.
Shichiroubei was darker.
Considering the price, Takashimizu is better.
