I finally got to drink the one I had purchased at Sendai Airport last December.
It is a sweet sake with a sake strength of -12. It is sweet, yet easy to drink.
This is the sake I like to drink in winter.

They said it was the last bottle because it was a limited edition. They said it will be back in stock. It is made from 9 bales of test rice and milled at 90%, but it had a tangy, bitter taste followed by a sweet taste.
