If you drink it without the cage,
It tastes like lactobacillus and is very sharp 🍶.
When you add ori, it tastes less like lactobacillus and more like a fizzy taste 😅.
It's a bit strange not to add ori, even though it's an ori-related product 😙 lol

I went to Kawaji Onsen area 🚗.
I used to buy fire-brewed Kirifuri at the roadside station, but I found a fresh one 💡.
It's delicious 😋, with a good flavor, acidity, and a tangy, fizzy taste.
I had a hard time deciding between the junmai ginjo and daiginjo, but I'm looking forward to my next visit 🍶.
