Rain was forecast from the day before until about 10:00 a.m., but I had promised my child that we would go to the beach together.
As predicted, the rain stopped around 10:00 a.m., and by the time we could see the ocean, it had cleared up.
There was a bit of wind and some waves, but we enjoyed the ocean for the first time in a year.
On the way home, we bought some sake and salted fish (in a cooler box) that we could take home at room temperature.
Oh, we also took a family bath and washed off the salt (lol) before heading home.
Since we were there, we opened a bottle of sake that day with a delicious taste.
