First Kamo Nishiki Shifuda Sake Rare rice Short-stalked boat? I've certainly never heard of this rice. And the taste and aroma are also different! The balance of sweetness and bitterness is great! The spiciness is not that strong. It's sweet, sharp, and not too harsh, so you can drink it in large gulps. No, it's really good! It's like I've found something that makes me excited! It's so sweet! I drank a junmai ginjo from Omachi the other day, but this one is sweeter, right? To be honest, it might be too sweet 🙄. It's good for the first glass, but not for the rest 😅. I recommend it for women. 7

However, it also has a spiciness unique to junmai sake and has a great balance 👌👌. I used to choose only ginjo-shu, but junmai-shu is the one I never get tired of drinking! 8
