I drank a bottle in a week and it was a completely different sake after a week than on the first day of opening. The balance of sweetness, spiciness, and bitterness on the first day of opening the bottle was the most delicious👍 The spiciness and bitterness gradually disappeared and it became a sweet and crisp sake. I think it is better to enjoy it as soon as possible after opening the bottle. It's a matter of taste, for me at least 🙄. 8 6

I took my time and let it sit empty for two weeks. Delicious! From the moment I opened the bottle to the moment I finished it. Just the right amount of sweetness and spiciness, it was delicious all the way through! 8.5

How about this for a change? It's been a long time since I had a drink... maybe 20 years... It brings back memories! Sweet, sour, spicy, and gassy. But the flavor is a little powdery? It's too bad😅 But it's reasonably priced so I'll let it go. 5

Junmai Daiginjo Nama-Genshu Wow, it's delicious! How do you describe this sweetness and deliciousness? Sorry for my lack of vocabulary. I love this sweetness. The spiciness and bitterness that is unique to sake keeps you coming back for more. I didn't choose it because of the stiff name, but I might be surprised how much I like it 👍👍👍👍 9

Your first Shinshu Kamerei! It's very hard to find! Yes, it's delicious! The taste is sweet at first, then sour, then slightly bitter, and has a nice sharpness! It is said to be suitable for a mealtime sake, Sourness, bitterness, and not too sweet, so it's definitely good with sashimi 👌 8
