I had this wine at the harbor restaurant in Wakkanai, the northernmost point of Japan. Slightly green apple and rice aromas, slightly sweet in the mouth, very refreshing. Simple structure and low alcohol. Great for a toast, the northernmost point, the northernmost voyage!
Pairing: Wakkanai Sarutobi Scallops and Soya Wagyu Steak.
