Pukupuku Brewing Inu Chari Doburoku feat.
This is a collaboration sake between craft saké favorite Pukupuku and craft gin Tatsumi Brewery 🙌!
Lately, sake x gin collaboration sake has been popping up. As a nomurier, as long as it tastes good, the result is all right, so we'll have it right away 😋.
When I opened the bottle and poured it into the sake cup, it was a beautiful light cloudy top clear with bubbles of petit gas.
The aroma has a lactic sourness that is typical of mizu-hashiroshi and the freshness of herbs. When you put it in your mouth, the gas bubbles and the sweetness of the berry flavor follows, like an adult fanta grape 🍇😊 The aftertaste is also light, but with a light dryness that makes you wonder if it's sake or gin 😋😋😋😋😋.
When I tried it in doburoku state, it changed like a fermenting unrefined sake like a puku-puku cloud ☁️ 😳 It was very thick and thick.
It has a texture of rice grinded on the tongue, and the lactic acidity is very good.
SAKE x GIN is going to increase from now on😃.
