Very sharp and light (16°) even though it is a raw sake.
It has a strong umami flavor and the astringency is a good finishing touch.
It can be heated up to a very hot temperature.
The sharpness and sharpness will not make you tired of drinking.
It's a brand I've never tasted before, but it's a very good sake.
I've been busy lately and don't have much to say, so I went to Senjyo-ji near Kintetsu Nijo-san station and had a look at the weeping cherry blossoms.
Even though it was early in the morning on a weekday, it was quite crowded!
After all, cherry blossoms go well with sake!

The sake wrappers are pink and it's spring 🌸The weeping cherry blossoms are very beautiful ✨The blossoms are only 3 to 5 minutes around my area, so I'm glad to be able to see the cherry blossoms at Sake no Wa 😊🙏.

I didn't buy it with Sakura in mind, but it fit in nicely.
Osaka was in full bloom today!
It's going to be warmer next week, so I guess it's going to be a full bloom.
There may be some rain, but I hope we can see the cherry blossoms.
