しんじょうTypical cheap cup Kami-Sen
There are two types of Mizuho Chrysanthemum: Mizuho Chrysanthemum Kami-Sen and this Daishoujin Kami-Sen.
The Mizuho Chrysanthemum is more mellow and ripe.
This one is sweeter with a touch of alcohol, but I think it's more refreshing.
But it does have some ripeness.
It can be served warm or cold.
I think it would go well with good food in Fukuoka, but I regret that I didn't have time to try the Goboten Udo.
Mizuho Kiku is also a good sake, and Fukuoka is the perfect place! しんじょうIt has a slightly sweet flavor and astringency, but also has the smoothness that only honjozo sake can have.
It is suitable for warming up, and the astringency increases, which increases the variety of food items it can be served with.
Kami-Sen is good, but the Honjozo is also good!
I had never heard of this brewery, and it just happened to be on the way to Hakata from Chikuho City Tour, so I thought I'd give it a try, but it has become a new favorite!
The atmosphere in Chikuho was great, and I fell in love with Fukuoka all over again! しんじょうOn my way to Hakata, I dropped by the Mizuho Chrysanthemum Sake Brewery.
I heard there was a tasting today!
If I had known that, I would have come earlier!
I shouldn't have toured the shopping district!
Well, that's all right... I bought a bottle of Josen and a bottle of Honjozo!
I drank the Josen at the business hotel, and it is a very rich, regular sake with a nice sharpness!
It's pretty good!
It tastes even better warmed up!
It was a bargain! xavi11xavi11At a Sake Event in Fukuoka
I'm a local and this is the first time I'm having it!
