Available in a vending machine at the brewery in Minamicho.... Very cheesy, old-fashioned printer-printed looking label excites me! The taste is dry and tasty. Heating up the sake does not drastically change the taste, but the flavor comes out well and you can enjoy it both ways! All of Minamicho's regular sakes are everyday sakes for those who like dry sake! There are three companies on Awaji Island, but all of them have good regular sake, so it's fun! I wonder if they put a lot of effort into food sake, since they are pushing "meshi umaimai" (good food) as their main selling point. If it's from a vending machine, it's 220 yen. If you buy it at a store, it costs 250 yen. Mr. Ota is a rerun of Asahikawa The izakaya called "Dokyu Sanshiro" is the most impressive restaurant.
