I can only say that Kikuhime is as good as it gets.
I was thinking of buying a sweet potato for the end of the year when I saw this one and bought it immediately.
It has a lactic acidity and a numbing taste.
When heated up, it seems to be completed.
It's one of the strongest sake!
I was shocked when I read a recent post by Makawa that Tengu Mai and Jokigen have become more mature.
That's my personal top 10 news of the year.
Lately I've been drinking a lot of super-harsh sake and neglecting Ishikawa sake.
I just had to buy some to check it out!
I was relieved to see that Kikuhime is safe ......
I'll have to check out the Tengu Mai Mellow as well!
